The EU Digital Services Act and you

We are committed to the DSA's principles of transparency and accountability to our users. This means that we uphold our obligation to maintain a safe, respectful, and trusted online environment.

What is the EU Digital Services Act?

The EU Digital Services Act ("DSA"), which took effect on 25 August 2023, established a uniform set of rules governing the transparency and accountability of online service providers across the twenty-seven Member States of the European Union. As a result, Yahoo EMEA Limited, our EU entity, has adapted and implemented processes and operations to comply with the DSA-specific requirements.

The DSA requires us to provide Member States of the European Union, European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services with a single point of contact, which is Our preferred language of communication is English.
